The multi-layer layer lamination central-sealed woven bag is
strong, durable, beautiful shape and moisture-proof. It is commonly
used for packing chemical material (like PVC), cement, fertilizer,
animal feed…etc.
Process Flow:
Produce plastic flat yarn by PP material, then weaving the yarns
into woven fabric and laminated with kraft paper or BOPP to have
lamination. The lamination is made into center-sealed bags through
multi-color flexo printing (gravure printed BOPP no need), kraft
liner placing, pin perforation, tubing, gusseting, center-sealing,
cutting and sewing & sealing.
